ISPA
fulfills its mission to Iowa's student affairs professionals and
graduate students through three distinct purposes:

encourage the exchange of information among Iowa student personnel
professionals, educators, graduate students, and practitioners;

encourage positive relationships among all levels of practitioners
in higher education and all sizes of institutions;

develop and execute state-wide staff development opportunities.
